The Air Vent is a machine cover added by GregTech 6 that collects air and fills it into tanks or pipes.
Every 320 ticks, the vent will fill 16,000L of Air into the installed tank or pipe. If it is used in the Nether or End dimension, or it is used in the Nether or End biomes, it will instead fill it with Nether Air or Ender Air respectively. It will not function on alien planets (such as those added by Galacticraft or Advanced Rocketry) that do not have an Earth-like atmosphere.
