The BioFuel Generator is a MineFactory Reloaded machine that creates MJ out of BioFuel at 16 MJ/t. The BioFuel Generator can hold 4000mB (4 buckets) and 1000 MJ in its internal buffers. The BioFuel Generator creates 60,000 MJ from 1000mB of BioFuel at a rate of 16 MJ/t (Note that this was buffed in the 1.5 release. In Minecraft 1.4.7 this generator creates 1,333MJ per bucket at 16MJ/t).

Simply directly pipe the Biofuel into the machine. The machine will not work if powered by a redstone signal.
