Chosen Wolfman Form Transformation is a Lycanthropic ability from Witchery. It is given to the player when they reach Level 5 in Lycanthropy. This power is both passive and non-passive. A player with this ability can carry a Moon Charm to prevent Forced Wolf Form Transformation and to manually toggle Wolfman Form by shift right clicking the charm.
