Conductive is a status effect added by Immersive Engineering, applied through the Chemical Thrower.

Entities affected by it take extra damage from electric or "flux" damage, such as Redstone Arsenal weapons or electrified Razor Wire.

The damage multiplier can be calculated with the following formula:

$multiplier = 1.5 + (level^{2} \times 0.5)$
