The Covered Conveyor Belt is a block added by Immersive Engineering. It is a modified version of the Conveyor Belt. Entities cannot be transported through it, and items cannot be picked up through it.
Right-clicking the Covered Conveyor Belt with a Scaffolding (such as an Aluminium Scaffolding) or a variation of Glass (anything registered as "blockGlass" in the Ore Dictionary) will transform the Covered Conveyor Belt's Steel Scaffolding texture into what it was right-clicked with.
