The Disturbed Cotton is a plant added by Witchery. This plant is only found in the Spirit World during a Nightmare. It is one of the only items that can be transferred from the Spirit World to the Overworld. It looks like Wispy Cotton, but when broken it will yield Disturbed Cotton. This cotton can be used in a Spinning Wheel to create Tormented Twine.
Unlike Wispy Cotton, Disturbed Cotton cannot be replanted.
