The Fluiduct is a block added by Thermal Expansion 3. It is used to move liquids between places, though if the player has access to a Tesseract they can be very expensive.
To pull liquids out of a machine that does NOT auto-output right-click the connection between the machine and the Fluiduct with a Wrench then apply a redstone signal with a Redstone Torch, Lever or Redstone Block.
Liquid Tesseracts do not need the Fluiduct to be set to output.
Fluiducts that already have liquid in them will not connect to empty Fluiducts placed beside them unless the player right-clicks the side of the filled Fluiduct with a wrench.
