The HV Transformer is a block added by Immersive Engineering. It is used convert LV Redstone Flux (RF) (from a LV Wire Coil) or MV RF (from a MV Wire Coil) to HV RF (from a HV Wire Coil), and visa versa.
Right-clicking a HV Transformer with a Wire Coil links the first end of the cable. Right-clicking it with a Wire Coil will connect it to the Transformer, allowing them to be converted to each other.
The HV Transformer CANNOT be placed on a Wooden Post.
Engineer's Wire Cutters can be used to disconnect wires with a right-click.
For LV to MV transformation, a regular Transformer is recommended. Although a HV Transformer can do this, the regular Transformer is cheaper.
