The Hydra Trophy is a block added by Twilight Forest. This block is obtained by slaying the Hydra boss. It is a decorative item, and appears as a small Hydra head. When right-clicked, the Hydra Trophy will make the same sound as a Hydra, but with a higher pitch. If the Hydra has been slain, it can be used on the Trophy Pedestal. For decorative purposes, the Hydra Trophy can be worn in the Helmet slot, giving the player the same head as the Hydra, though it does not give any additional benefits to wearing it.
