The Immersive Engineering mod is a mod created by BluSunrize and Mr_Hazard. It adds new Redstone Flux-based machinery with a retro-futristic feeling to the game, and many of the machines are multiblock. Machines have either low, medium or high voltages with 256 RF/t being low, 1024 RF/t being medium and 4096 RF/t being high.
Before the 1.8 versions of Immersive Engineering, Immersive Engineering wires can also accept IndustrialCraft 2's Energy Units (EU), converting them into Redstone Flux for transport. They can also convert RF into EU on output, allowing EU-powered machines to be powered with RF.
As of the 1.8 versions of Immersive Engineering, Immersive Engineering adds its own power system: Immersive Flux (IF). However, it can be 1-1 converted to RF, and functions just like RF.
