The Infused Brew of Soaring is a potion added by Witchery. This potion allows the user to control an Enchanted Broom much better, as if they have an Owl Familiar. The Brew's effect stacks with the Owl Familiar's. It lasts 120 minutes of server time, and will replace an active Infused Brew of the Grave.
