The Multimeter is an item added by InfraRedstone. It can be used on Infra-Redstone Cables by right clicking and on InfraRedstone logic gates and other blocks by sneaking and right clicking. For cables this prints the current signal value in the chat for the user, showing both the numerical values and the individuals 6 bits. For logic gates and other blocks, this prints the value of the output signal in the same way.
