The Multiplexer is a redstone circuit added by Charset, based off of the Multiplexer added by RedLogic. If the signal of the "swap" side (default is the side facing the placer) is activated, it will output whatever the first input (default is the left) is. If the signal of the swap side is not activated, then it will output whatever the second input (default right) is.
