The NOR Gate is a redstone gate added by Charset, based off of the NOR Gate added by RedLogic. If none of the inputs of the gate are trigged, the output will activate.
The gate's inputs can be specified via right-click. Before version "0.3.0-pre6", the Screwdriver was used. Additionally, Redstone Torchs can be placed onto an input to force it on.
