The Nutmeg Sapling is a sapling added by Pam's HarvestCraft, which grows into a Nutmeg Tree, an Oak Tree with Nutmegs under the shade of the tree. When a Nutmeg is ripe, it can picked by breaking the Nutmeg block.
Nutmeg Trees will spawn in "forest" biomes, but not "cold" or "spooky" or "mountain" biomes. The Nutmeg Tree will not drop any Nutmeg Saplings; the only way to obtain saplings is through crafting.
