The Open Tank module is a liquid storage module for minecarts in Steve's Carts. It's a lot like the Top Tank, but it can hold only half the amount of water. If it's raining and the rain can reach the cart, the tank will be filled with 5 mB every second (or 2 mB if it's snowing).
