Stellar Refraction Table

ModAstral Sorcery
TypeSolid block

The Stellar Refraction Table is a block added by Astral Sorcery. It is an end-game block that is used to enchant potions, tools, and armor arbitrarily.

By using the different constellations in the GUI the player can create their own enchantments. To use the table, Parchment and Infused Glass are needed. Holding the Parchment and right clicking the Refraction Table with it, will put the Parchment into the Table. The same can be done with the Infused Glass. Finally, when the moon is near or at its highest, right-click the Stellar Refraction Table to open its GUI.

Up to 3 different constellations can be used on one Infused Glass, provided that they are successfully combined. Failing to combine the constellations will burn and destroy the Parchment. When the Glass is infused with the constellations, the Parchment can be removed from the table by shift right-clicking it and placing a tool, potion or weapon in. Constellations will bestow different effects and enchantments as shown below.

Astral Tome Entry

The table seems to be able to work with up to three different constellations at once before the overlapping luminescence begins to create too much light pollution. Additionally, the table seems to require the deep cover of night to work best, eliminating other sources of interfering light from the sky.

The placement of constellations seems to have great impact to their dominance in the final pattern. The fewer overlapping points from each constellation's influence, the stronger their presence will be in the final drawing.
