The Herbicide Upgrade is a Fishing Net upgrade from Fishing Nets. This upgrade, when placed in an upgrade slot within a Fishing Net, will decrease the probability for a net to become clogged. This effect does stack, so putting multiple upgrades in one net will cause it to be more powerful/common.
