The Upgrade: Generic engine is a Cart Assembler Upgrade added by Steve's Carts, that allows your Cart Modifier to run on any fuel source that works in a vanilla Furnace. The upgrade also decreases the fuel efficiency by 5%, which makes any burned fuel produce 0.95u instead of 1u.

The Upgrade: Generic engine's passive bonuses will be applied when it's attached to the Cart Assembler (place it on one of its sides).
