The Wings Of The Bats are an item added by Actually Additions. When placed in the inventory, the player can fly like in creative mode.
As of 1.11-R78 The Wings Of The Bats can only be used for 40 seconds. They can be "recharged" at 2 flying seconds per one second of the user touching the ground or ceiling.
